Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel an appointment request and booking at any time, but please take note that:-

  1. If you cancel a booking more than 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the scheduled time of your booking you will be entitled to be refunded - and when already paid for the appointment/session - the full facilitator/coach’s fee less an administrative charge of R10.00;
  2. if you cancel a booking more than 12 (twelve) hours, but less than 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the scheduled time of your booking - and when the booking/session is already paid - you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the facilitator/coach’s fee plus an administrative charge of R15.00 and you will be refunded the balance of the facilitator/coach’s fee; and
  3. if you cancel a booking more than 3 (three) hours but less than 12 (twelve) hours prior to the scheduled time of your booking you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the facilitator/coach’s fee plus our administrative charge of R20.00 and you will be refunded the balance of the facilitator/coach’s fee; and
  4. if you cancel a Booking less than 3 (three) hours prior to the scheduled time of your booking you will not be entitled to any refund of the facilitator/coach’s fee whatsoever, but shall forfeit such fee in its entirety unless otherwise agreed to - in writing - with the facilitator/coach.
  5. When you wish to cancel a booking you must do so by using the booking cancellation function on the website. Simply deleting an appointment/session from your calendar on your electronic or telephonic device, will not result in the appointment being cancelled.

You acknowledge and agree that, should you not honour an appointment you will still be liable for the facilitator/coach’s full fee in respect of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing with the facilitator/coach.

You shall only be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid by you to a facilitator/coach in respect of a booking (less administrative charges - see points 1 above) when you can prove that you cancelled the booking more than 24 (twenty four) hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment/session, when the facilitator/coach cancels the appointment or when the facilitator/coach does not honour the appointment/session at the scheduled date and time.

Where you are not automatically refunded the relevant portion of the Service Provider’s fee in terms of either 1, 2 or 3 above, any claim for such refund must be made against and submitted directly to the facilitator/coach.
